Waited in all day for a delivery as they don't give times. Tried to speak to someone, all operators are busy...send an e mail and we will deal with within 24 hours, what good is that for a delivery today. The live chat is not live it is programmed responses yet on their website the company says they are 'customer driven' what rubbish. Still not received delivery and had the day off work to wait in for it as today was given as delivery date.
