A bunch of incompetent staff
I supposed to receive a parcel today and I was waiting at home for it
When I have checked the tracking number they have left my a card without ringing the door below or my phone number
What's the point leaving a phone number if the lazy bastards are not using it ????
And then I was ringing them to find out what happened for over 40 mins they were putting me through every body under the sun as nobody were able to help
Just incompentents
