Proof provided to HMPO indicated wrong door! I am still wondering why I did not report DX to Police for complicity to identity theft. Failed to find the address and deliver my wife's ILR BRP card and had to make 3 calls and come out to the street, they wouldn't know how to ring a bell (2018). Failed to ring the bell in another important identity document delivery (2019) and had to dial them back for re-delivery. 0/3... can we give 0 stars please... The deliveries were in 3 different addresses in the UK, 3 different failures due to gross incompetence. Can the Home Office please stop using them as they compromise people's identities and show high chances of losing their documents?
