DX is by far the worst service I have ever received. I would give no stars if I could. What was most disappointing was that they lied and said they had attempted deliveries on two occasions and left calling cards. I worked from home on both days. No one came, or left a calling card. In addition nothing was communicated. I had to chase. The treatment was actually atrocious, topped of by lies of attempted deliveries. It took a total of 2 weeks, and 4 failed deliveries for me to eventually get my goods, when I collected it myself. Do not trust these people. Save yourself the trouble and collect your item from the depot. Unbelievable I have to write that considering they are a delivery service. I would urge any and everyone to avoid DX if you can, you dont need the stress or the lies.
