I am waiting for an item. Paid the slot fee. Scheduled it. Stayed in. No one showed up. No calls. No nothing. Spent hours on the phone to get my fee back. No apologies. Rescheduled delivery. Again waiting. No show. You call them, they say we're busy and please send an email. You send an email, they say they will reply in 24 hours. This company's service is so incredibly bad that it reads like fiction.
