I was expecting a package to be signed when received all day at home, and when the driver finally came, he called the intercom only once and left immediately. I was doing something so I didn't catch it first time, he did not even call again or try to call my phone. I asked the customer service support to make the driver come back as he hasn't been in front of the door for even a minute.
They have spoken very rudely that it is my fault that I didn't reply immediately, and they refused to redirect the driver even though there was merely 5 minutes passed since he left.
Customer service are unhelpful at all, and rude.
