Stayed at home all week waiting for my package which was important that I get it as it was my BRP and needed it for proof of work. All I got was a letter to say that, they attended 4 days ago with tracking number and a request to pay additional funds for specific times.
The day the claimed they attended I was sitting almost next to the front door. No one turned up, no missed delivery slip and no knock.
