Booked DX to collect and deliver a Sony Play Station from Peterborough to Isle of Wight (as Hermes didn't go to IOW) four times it was booked and four times no show by courier.
Rang customer services...re-book and we apologise as we are short of couriers in your area!!
In the end cancelled the order as yet still waiting for my refund, will use Parcel Force 48,
This lot are a load of wasters AVOID THEM LIKE COVID 19 !!!
