Only give a 10 hour delivery slot unless you pay extra!
We have a safe place for delivery but driver took the parcel away again for re-delivery but no card left despite the e-mail from DX saying it would happen!
Re-booked delivery but conflicting information on their confirmation regarding proof of identity required
