AWFUL:
have been sent numerous deliveries via this company. Dont think one has ever been right. Had the full rages of problems. Delivery day not met. Delivery marked as delivered but not, then spent hours on the phone to customer service to be told nothing at all. Saw a delivery driver throw a parcel marked fragile at my front door, that package was ruined and had to be refunded. Arranged a collection for the driver to turn up a day early and complain I didnt have it ready. Social distancing non existent. The worst delivery service I have ever encountered.
