If you are a company do not use them, not good for your company reputation
Do not trust this company.
Item should have been delivered on the 2-9-20 received a txt stating they could not manage on the 2nd and would deliver on the 3-9-20.
have not seen or heard from DX since.
Tried to make contact on there website.
What a complete waste of time that was as it kept coming up that there was no one available to help.
So they don't deliver on time and you can't get any adice from them.
USE DHL OR SOME OTHER COMPANY, ACTUALLY YOU SHOULD USE THE POST OFFICE
