I use several suppliers who unfortunately use DX as their couriers all of whom pay for a 24 hour service. This week alone I have had X3 deliveries not fulfilled, one delayed by 24 hours apparently this went to the wrong hub AGAIN a common excuse used. The other had the consignment split miraculously and the other wasn't scanned in.. DX is costing me money because of their appalling service I'm seriously looking at other suppliers who don't use DX. If you supply don't use DX the service is substandard and does not comply with what your paying for. I would give 0 stars however, it wont let me go that low & this is probably a complete waste of time as I suspect DX won't use feedback to improve their service.
