They sent me just a part of my order! I paid 170 pounds for Xmas style cases for iPhone and AirPods Pro, and Xmas towels.
Cases arrived without individual packing, scratching each other. And I didn’t receive towels at all (I paid for towels about 50 pounds). I wrote to support but there’s no answer…
