“Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering!!
Ordered an iPhone 11 case for my son's birthday. It was said it would arrive on Monday. Well we're now wednesday and it still hasn't even been dispatched! I've emailed them to complain but got a response saying their emails are not manned. So did the online chat and was told it will take upto 24 hours for them to reply. 72 hours later still no reply. I have sent many messages since requesting to cancel the order because there service is so shiiiite and it's not going to arrive in time for his birthday on Friday. Yep you better believe it, STILL NO REPLY!!!
Going to contact the bank to request a refund.

“Incredibly cheeky and untrustworthy. They sent me a wrong item. I contacted them and when they finally came back to me, they said “We have a stock error on the iPhone 11 clear case at the moment, and to save delay I upgraded the order to a black edge impact case free of charge, in order to ship this out to you.”. But the one I received was the same price as what I ordered. I just got the wrong thing without being asked. What is “upgrade” about then? And now, I don’t hear from them anymore. I’m not sure if I can get the right item or a refund. My guess is neither…”
“SCAM SITE. Avoid at all costs - just look at the other reviews. Customer service is shocking and non-existent. They will quickly take your money and you will not receive your items. Strongly advise to use a more reputable company.”

“What an absolute nightmare! I ordered from Dyfor. My order was supposed to arrive within 3-4 business days according to the selected delivery option, but instead, I was stuck in an endless queue of frustration for over 3.5 weeks! It was like ordering a turtle and receiving a snail. The customer service seemed more like a mysterious disappearing act, as they were nowhere to be found when I needed them. And to top it all off, thanks to Dyfor's failing service, my father had a ruined birthday without a gift. It's unforgivable! My advice? Avoid Dyfor like the plague, or prepare for a journey through the depths of hellish unreliability and incompetence.”
“I ordered a phone case, when it came it did not fit my phone, I emailed the company to report this, they asked for the model no which was not asked for when I made my order they said i had not given the correct information, and will not do an exchange.”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a phone case said it would be here last week when I paid for 24 hour delivery with Royal Mail. Their website states that they dispatch within 1 working day. This clearly isn’t true. 10 days later & im still waiting for my delivery. Can’t get hold of there customer service. Their customer service doesn’t reply to chat or email what’s the point! Clearly false advertising on their website with their dispatch policy & shipping! Haven’t even received a email stating it’s been sent. Wouldn’t use this company again! bull sh*t emails if ur lucky 2 get a reply, they will refuse refund when order not been fulfilled for over 8 weeks but when asked 2 refund you get a "cut n paste " reply stating you have to return goods even when the items still have not even been dispatched !/wont let you cancel oncethey got ur £££ (it states 3 to 5 working days 4 delivery) ,as they DONT make/print anything on site as the delay is because they are waiting 4 Chinese imports to arrive so they keep you waiting and waiting by fobbing you off with b s excuses as they only import cheap China knock offs for pennies and charge you £££ for goods that are poor substandard / not as described/not fit for purpose as u can Google them (tainted lips/dyefor,company # 0837258/byron cox/mrs Olivia jane peckett )and see they only import cheap tat stock from China, it is NOT made on site as claimed on there Web site, trading standards have been informed. STAY AWAY ~YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...”
“Bought suitcase 125 pound at Xmas, used once and wheel came off. No interest from company director to resolve matters or indeed take ownership for the poor quality of these items.
I am hoping they do the right thing and if they do will update this review. For now avoid. Don’t waste your money here”
