No interest from company director to resolve matters or indeed take ownership for the poor quality of these items. \r\nI am hoping they do the right thing and if they do will update this review. For now avoid. Don\u2019t waste your money here"

"Ordered 2 phone cases, one of which was custom. The custom one came in a terrible colour- it was meant to be beige with green and pink and the whole thing was tones of purple. I contacted customer service, who first offered me a discount if I wanted to keep it. I do not. I asked to return it. They asked me to pay for return shipping. I have explained that the error is on their side as the item is faulty, but they still insist I pay for return shipping. I have ordered several items from them over the years, but will not be ordering again. What rubbish service!"

"I ordered a personalised laptop sleeve but it looks nothing like the image on the website, the writing isn't central or straight and the sleeve itself is poor quality. I complained and asked for a refund but they said they could send me a new one with my name central and straight. However the second one looks just like the first! So now I've got 2 that aren't any good."

After waiting for three months to receive the items, the quality is really really bad and the cases doesn\u2018t even have the same colour.\r\nThe products don\u2018t look like on the website at all!\r\nThe mac book case looks exactly like the printer needs a new ink cartridge. \r\nFor a refund for this bad quality cases you have to pay the costs for the return on your own."
