Incredibly cheeky and untrustworthy. They sent me a wrong item. I contacted them and when they finally came back to me, they said “We have a stock error on the iPhone 11 clear case at the moment, and to save delay I upgraded the order to a black edge impact case free of charge, in order to ship this out to you.”. But the one I received was the same price as what I ordered. I just got the wrong thing without being asked. What is “upgrade” about then? And now, I don’t hear from them anymore. I’m not sure if I can get the right item or a refund. My guess is neither…

SCAM SITE. Avoid at all costs - just look at the other reviews. Customer service is shocking and non-existent. They will quickly take your money and you will not receive your items. Strongly advise to use a more reputable company.

Shocking service. Site says 3-3 days delivery, 8 days later and still no dispatch email and the company haven’t replied to any of my emails asking what is going on. Useless! Do not order!

What an absolute nightmare! I ordered from Dyfor. My order was supposed to arrive within 3-4 business days according to the selected delivery option, but instead, I was stuck in an endless queue of frustration for over 3.5 weeks! It was like ordering a turtle and receiving a snail. The customer service seemed more like a mysterious disappearing act, as they were nowhere to be found when I needed them. And to top it all off, thanks to Dyfor's failing service, my father had a ruined birthday without a gift. It's unforgivable! My advice? Avoid Dyfor like the plague, or prepare for a journey through the depths of hellish unreliability and incompetence.

I ordered a phone case, when it came it did not fit my phone, I emailed the company to report this, they asked for the model no which was not asked for when I made my order they said i had not given the correct information, and will not do an exchange.

Do not buy Placed order 31st July. Two items. Neither Arrived. No response to emails. No response from chatbot Henry. Can only believe this is a fake site with fake reviews.

Awful service. Item ordered many weeks ago never turned up. No contact from company until I complained . Said order had been missed. Product still not arrived complained again, said the machine had broken! Order now cancelled, I would not recommend and would never use again

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a phone case said it would be here last week when I paid for 24 hour delivery with Royal Mail. Their website states that they dispatch within 1 working day. This clearly isn’t true. 10 days later & im still waiting for my delivery. Can’t get hold of there customer service. Their customer service doesn’t reply to chat or email what’s the point! Clearly false advertising on their website with their dispatch policy & shipping! Haven’t even received a email stating it’s been sent. Wouldn’t use this company again! Going to recall my money back from the bank!

Awful!! Faulty goods. Their email even confirmed a fault but they refused to refund or replace item. Also took ages to arrive. Had to chase several times. Non existent customer service. Very low standard/quality items. Over priced. Would recommend shopping elsewhere. Do not use. Like a previous review… if could give one star review I would…

Absolute abortion of a "company " ,lies lies and more lies when enquiring where's my order,phone number HAS been disconnected 4 years,chat bot is usless as never get a reply, you get cut n paste bull sh*t emails if ur lucky 2 get a reply, they will refuse refund when order not been fulfilled for over 8 weeks but when asked 2 refund you get a "cut n paste " reply stating you have to return goods even when the items still have not even been dispatched !/wont let you cancel oncethey got ur £££ (it states 3 to 5 working days 4 delivery) ,as they DONT make/print anything on site as the delay is because they are waiting 4 Chinese imports to arrive so they keep you waiting and waiting by fobbing you off with b s excuses as they only import cheap China knock offs for pennies and charge you £££ for goods that are poor substandard / not as described/not fit for purpose as u can Google them (tainted lips/dyefor,company # 0837258/byron cox/mrs Olivia jane peckett )and see they only import cheap tat stock from China, it is NOT made on site as claimed on there Web site, trading standards have been informed. STAY AWAY ~YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

Bought suitcase 125 pound at Xmas, used once and wheel came off. No interest from company director to resolve matters or indeed take ownership for the poor quality of these items. I am hoping they do the right thing and if they do will update this review. For now avoid. Don’t waste your money here

Run, don’t walk far away from This sham of a company!! Their customer service is non existent!!! I ordered a hat with a expected international delivery of 10 days… let’s just say it took weeks for them to even get back to me about the “ delay in shipping” when I realized 2 weeks has passed and they hasn’t even shipped my item out, they refused to even acknowledge a cancel or return! I had to dispute the charge with my CC company because this company wasn’t even acknowledging me…. They shouldn’t be in business!!!

Terrible service. They sent the wrong model of case and insisted I send it back at my expense. I paid extra for tracking so I can see they received it two days later. They’ve refused to refund it, and emails are met with rude responses, after a long delay I’d I get a response at all. Save yourself the hassle and buy from Casetify.

Ordered 2 phone cases, one of which was custom. The custom one came in a terrible colour- it was meant to be beige with green and pink and the whole thing was tones of purple. I contacted customer service, who first offered me a discount if I wanted to keep it. I do not. I asked to return it. They asked me to pay for return shipping. I have explained that the error is on their side as the item is faulty, but they still insist I pay for return shipping. I have ordered several items from them over the years, but will not be ordering again. What rubbish service!
