I ordered a personalised phone case for my daughters birthday costing £29.00 when it arrived I realised I had selected and iPhone 6s instead of an IPhone 7 When I contacted Dyefor about purchasing a new one to be sent in time Bryon offered to send me the correct phone case with my personalised design for FREE even tho it was my mistake ( I should of been paying another £29.00 it was my fault) My daughters new phone case arrived as promised exactly the same for the correct iPhone this time lol. Thank you again
