Ordered on the 12 march is 19 and still nothing! No one replied to my emails or messages ! I do not recommend this company at all

2 weeks late with delivery Ignored chase up emails Ignored cancel order emails until they decided to despatch anyway. Cheap tat arrived and not as advertised. AirPod case, I’d be too embarrassed to have given this as a gift

Wish I had read the below reviews first! Sent the wrong order and they expect me to pay for it to be returned. Quality is poor anyway. Do not order. Absolute scammers.

I ordered a personalised laptop sleeve but it looks nothing like the image on the website, the writing isn't central or straight and the sleeve itself is poor quality. I complained and asked for a refund but they said they could send me a new one with my name central and straight. However the second one looks just like the first! So now I've got 2 that aren't any good.

I ordered wrong case, contacted dyefor before they had started my order who said they couldn't supply correct one. Asked for money back but they continued and sent me the case knowing it was no use to me. Disgusting customer service. Would never use again.

As per other reviewers comments, I wish I had read previous reviews. Cheap and nasty products with extremely poor personalisation...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

wish I read reviews before buy anything from dyefor , ordered 5 days ago suppose to get it in 2 to 3 days and still haven’t received laptop cover for my sons birthday. . And I’m now also concerned about the quality as per reviews. No reply from them no contact numbers . Will never buy from dyefor again . Once received the product I will put reviews for it .

I would give a zero if I could AVOID AT ALL COSTS I messaged as the image was small online and not as advertised on the picture, I had a message back claiming that the image is not visible as it is an “online error with the preview screen” then got sent a case where you can’t even make out what the picture is. Customer services wasn’t helpful at all and they have made up there own terms and conditions to make you not want to return the item

If you want to get ripped off buy here. £12 for a piece of plastic for the back of the phone. They wouldn't refund as it had a transfer with my name on it. I have thrown away better quality packaging.

I honestly never write reviews but want to make other people aware of our experience with Dyefor. I ordered a pink glitter Ipad case for my daughter. The images on the website show a case that fits snugly round the Ipad as a case should. However, the product was delivered with a front cover too. There was no photo or mention of this on the website and it means the case has gaps on the side where the front cover is meant to be attached. Whilst some people might be happy to have the additional front cover, we did not want it and my issue is that the case we received doesn’t correspond to what is purportedly being sold. It’s misleading and a misrepresentation of the goods they are selling. Since the product was “personalised”, Dyefor won’t admit the product doesn’t correspond to what I ordered and would only accept a return at our own cost. Very disappointing!

Not impressed at all I ordered this last minute for Christmas as it clearly said that it would take 1-2 days delivery and it stated the actually day it would arrive by. I then messaged to ask where it was and they said there’s a 5 day production time. Which was nowhere on the website. When asked about where this was advertised I was completely blanked. Quality isn’t all that, the Scarf isn’t as soft as I thought and I was not happy with the false advertising with delivery. The lady then stated that it’s estimated delivery but there was no way it would be there on the date specified because of the production time so it’s false advertising.

They sent me just a part of my order! I paid 170 pounds for Xmas style cases for iPhone and AirPods Pro, and Xmas towels. Cases arrived without individual packing, scratching each other. And I didn’t receive towels at all (I paid for towels about 50 pounds). I wrote to support but there’s no answer…

The image of the item that I ordered was incorrect which meant I purchased the wrong item. When disputed with the company they confirmed there was an issue with the image which was currently being looked into and rectified but still wouldn't compensate me. The customer service was also very poor! I really would recommend against purchasing any goods from this company!

Got a phone case for my wife for £16, it arrived and was nothing like the pictured item. Didn't fit her phone at all, was a completely different model. Told them about it and all we got was accusations that we MUST have chosen the wrong make. After a long argument with them telling us to send it back and to pay for shipping ourselves, we got a phone case that was promised to be fit for the Huawei 2020 as a 'gesture of goodwill'. When it arrived... it DIDN'T FIT. It was for the Huawei 2019, her old phone that I had recently replaced! Don't bother giving them your money, they're a fraud and if you point out their mistakes you'll just end up being gaslighted into believing the entire ordeal is your fault.

Just purchase phone case for £12. All I got was a cheap plastic back worth about a quid. Save your money, go elsewhere. Not even worth the lowest 1 star.

Ordered a phone case. It looked nothing like the image when it arrived and when emailed to challenge this I was rudely addressed via email. AVOID. you get what you pay for, it'd cheap for a reason.
