I would give a zero if I could AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I messaged as the image was small online and not as advertised on the picture, I had a message back claiming that the image is not visible as it is an “online error with the preview screen” then got sent a case where you can’t even make out what the picture is.
Customer services wasn’t helpful at all and they have made up there own terms and conditions to make you not want to return the item
