Very very disappointed from the delivery and the products.. After waiting for three months to receive the items, the quality is really really bad and the cases doesn‘t even have the same colour. The products don‘t look like on the website at all! The mac book case looks exactly like the printer needs a new ink cartridge. For a refund for this bad quality cases you have to pay the costs for the return on your own.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Myself and my partner brought phone cases from this company and guaranteed speedy delivery, 2 weeks later still no arrival. May I just add, no phone cases were sent and told me they had proof and failed to return this. No refund was given, not even a replacement on their behalf. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and time on these inconsiderate people. They have 0 respect and have atrocious customer service skills. Would not even rank their company a 1.

I ordered a phone case a week ago with images of my choice, it has already started to peel off the images which I am appalled at. I have only recently ordered this phone case and I am disappointed with it.

I have been waiting 9 Days now for a phone case. Said at time of oder it would arrive on the third day. Emailed them a couple of times - just get told that they've posted it. Not impressed all!!!!

The case was of poor quality in terms of looks and feel. The preview image generated of the case before purchasing was disproportionate to the iPhone and therefore my photo was poorly cropped. To be fully refunded I would have to pay for postage to return- very disappointed

They dont answer emails, the quality is bad, My order hasnt even shown up. they took money. basically a scam. no refund, and they delete any complaints. phone number doesnt work, and they send people to leave positive reviews on their store for money. dont use this. dont make the same mistake I made.

Tried to order a phone case however it got cancelled because of copyright images, emailed twice as they said that I would have my refund after 3 days and it is now over 5 days later and still haven’t had an email back or a refund! Absolutely disgusting service, not even the decency to respond to their customers!

I'd read some awful reviews after purchasing a pillow and started to worry but when it came a week later it was absolutely perfect and is perfect quality. Great service

Please do not buy from this company. Their customer service is disgusting. Complaints are blocked & deleted. Their phone is disconnected. If you’re lucky enough to get a reply to an email it will be an ignorant rude response. No apology for sending wrong item, no refund, no replacement. Take your money & treat you like a mug!!

Do not use this company They have taken my money and extra for guaranteed speedy delivery I have sent several emails and have basically been told they haven’t even started my item 5 days later They now will not respond to my emails now and have effectively stolen my money

They sent me a wrong size phone case, I cannot use it. I lost 12 pounds. I tried to dial their Customer Service number, it is not possible as they are using " unexisting number." I wrote them emails, no answer. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a suitcase and phone case and have not received any confirmation of my order. The money has been taken from my account. I have emailed the company with no response. I have read all the negative reviews and am really worried what my items will be like if they do arrive.

I ordered a Google pixel phone case and it didn't fit my phone properly, one end kept popping out. I returned it for a refund but haven't received it despite sending the phone case back weeks ago. Would not use this company again as I have wasted my money and the cost of postage!!!

I ordered a really nice case and if is and I do like it. However, it has some major quality issues. I’m kind and so rather than just leaving a negative review, I emailled the company with photos. They said they’d replace it - great!! Excellent customer service. However, nothing has arrived. I’ve since emailed 3 or 4 times without a response. It’s like they’re ignoring me now. Which isn’t so good.

After reading so many wonderful reviews about this case my mam went ahead and bought me one for my 21st birthday. Delivery was quick however the quality of the images on the case aren’t the greatest which is very disappointing as they all people who mean the absolute world to me.

No response when asked for a refund as product did not match the description or at least what I had understood it to be. Printing quality was average.
