Because of DYL we are able to better communicate with each other and our clients. Texting from our main number has been the best experience. Clients respond within seconds and this saves us a huge amount of time. We have implemented the integration with our client management system and love that DYL opens the client account and attaches the recorded call. We are in the beginning stages of our first marketing campaign and the feature of the auto dialer makes the process easier and measurable.
