DYL Service has been invaluable in my office. The ability to review phone calls and look for E/O issues before they arise has been key. Reviewing LSP phone calls for training issues is equally as great! And reviewing my own phone calls has (oddly enough) been helpful too! I even used the recording feature to remind me what my wife told me to pick-up at the grocery store. LoL. The Lead Management feature has been instrumental in helping us manage our leads. Overall, a great product and highly recommended.
