DYL is amazing - we use it as a lead management tool, for texting, marketing by using the auto dialer. The capabilities of the system are fantastic and it all under one uniform system. One of my favorite features is the call recording - it has come into play many times when we needed to verify a conversation with a customer regarding coverage discussed or requested on a new business or on an endorsement.
