By having your phone rang you before ringing to the customer as an automated feature for a schedule call turns an out bound call basically into a in bound call. I have found that most sales reps feel more comfortable and definitely more productive with this activity being done for them. This feature creates a strong activity level which consistently yields more sales . Secondly using the work groups feature you can really design great follow ups that are automated to go hand-in-hand with your disposition from each call.
