The pre-trip information and help was complete and very helpful. The company is very responsive to questions. The guides knew their stuff and did an excellent job. The local guides were great at getting us to the birds and finding them for us, and even when the language barrier popped up, they still got their message across. The Eagle-Eye guide, Michael, did an excellent job and almost always succeeded in getting the target birds.
