The tour leaders were simply amazing. Office staff were sometimes a tiny bit slow to respond to emails and did not respond to all questions, but in general were very good. The app itinerary was (according to the tour leaders) somewhat inaccurate and they were apparently not consulted about it. The app was a bit glitchy: I had to reboot my fairly new iPhone several times to get the chat messages.
