I found it easy to deal with the staff at Eagle Eye and other than getting an old link to another tour documents once, everything was seamless when getting information, getting paid up, and using the company app. Sophie was very helpful and positive in emails throughout the process. I also find the website extremely accurate and detailed when it comes to describing lodging so read it! I also find the previous trip reports very helpful. I feel they provide very good value for my money as everything was organized and included and we were kept busy, fed, housed and driven around.
