The company is easy to work with and has great itineraries. Our tour to Costa Rica only required that we make air arrangements and find our way to the first hotel. The rest of our transportation, meals, and accommodations were turnkey in that we didn't need to do anything. Eagle-Eye also made the hotel reservation for us to arrive a day early, and for others to stay beyond the end of the included time.
