This was my first trip to the high Arctic and my expectations were high. My expectations were exceeded. I have been impressed with the communication from the beginning. Sophie was extraordinarily responsive and represented the company very well. The Eagle-Eye app was well done and described the tours in day by day fashion and contained information previously given via email but in a more useful format. My questions were addressed promptly and almost immediately were answered by the company person most equipped to answer. I was surprised and impressed by the daily contact with our excellent tour guide, Gareth. The tents and sleeping bags were new and of high quality. I was quite comfortable at all times. I honestly felt that the company, from top to bottom, actually cared deeply about the success of the tour. Thank you for that.
