Despite speedy no snags delivery, the banjo was really out of tune when it arrived. This makes me wonder whether it had been set up in the workshop as was the case on my other 3 banjo orders.
Despite that minor gripe, I'm very happy with the banjo.
All the staff are really friendly and helpful. I can't fault them and I can't wait to do business with them again.
