I am very impressed with everyone I have spoken to. I was given a lot of really good advice from one of the technicians Paul I think his name was, he took his time explaining certain things to me and I am sure prevented me from maybe even doing some damage to my new banjo, speaking of which, I am absolutely delighted with.
I live north of Inverness, yet, my items arrived in the following days post....you can't beat that. I hope it is obvious I am a great fan of Eagle Music Shop.
