usually i buy harmonicas and reeds over the phone. Staff are always knowledgable on their products and more importantly are cheerful. This was my first visit. I'd come up from portsmouth to buy a banjo. First thing was my wife was found a seat and offered a cup of coffee. Staff then joined in to help select the model for me. I bought a deering. I went away feeling less like i'd purchased a musical instrument and more like Id been fitted for saville row suit. It was great.
