I contacted customer service soon after receiving the banjo, so I may as well use my comments in the review.
"The Banjo has arrived and it is quite beautiful.
It oozes quality and the playability is excellent.
I have one gripe however, it was supposed to have been set up but the bridge was significantly out!"
