Can't fault the service from Eagle - didn't speak to them as such, just ordered and it arrived!
Wish I could say the same for the courier! I asked for the mandolin to be left in a safe place as I wouldn't be in - when I got back it was leaning agaisnt the front door in full view of cars and pedestrians!! Can't read or don't care.
