The customer service of Eagle Music is second to none. Calls were returned quickly and the lovely person to whom we spoke was helpful and knowledgeable. The Ozark guitar we wanted wasn't immediately available and we were told it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for it to arrive. It came within 3 days. Packaged well. Highly recommend Eagle Music.
