The order was acknowledged quickly and they kept in touch about the fitting of a tail pin and swapping out the g string for a low G that I requested. I received the uke within a few days of ordering. Extraordinarily well packaged. Perfect condition and set up correctly. Very pleased with both the ukulele and the service from Eagle. Recommended
