I have ordered a few things from Eagle Music shop including an expensive purchase. The customer service that I recieved was excellent and will definitely use them again. I got the impression that the staff/owners care. The only small issue I had was that the photo's of the products don't necessarily acurately reflect the item you will recieve. I have had this issue twice so it's clearly important to call if you need to make sure. It's an annoying issue when ordering online but I don't feel it's worth loosing a whole star for. Otherwise, I have been extremely impressed.
