From my initial enquiry to the fitting of the door everything has been perfect. No hard sell just a quick online quote followed by a courtesy phone call. There was no hard sell when I said I was not quite ready to order. When I called back to place the order we had someone round later that day to measure up followed by an email a couple of days later giving us the installation date and time. Installation day arrived and as per the email the man arrived on time and fitted the door, very clean and tidy and has made a fabulous job of it. Very pleased with the result and now planning more doors!
