I would have scored 0 if I have the choice. you can not reach them via phone and they don't reply emails on time. my husband paid them by mistake. I emailed them straightaway when I noticed the mistake. I checked with my bank and it shows that the payment had not gone through yet. Told this company to give me a full refund (while fund has not gone to their account yet) and got told by them that they can not give me a full refund as they need to charge me because it cost them money for replying my emails etc. What !????? a total scam . need to avoid !
