“I didn't get any slot from Early tests. Don't waste money by signing up to this platform. Its of no use. Even after paying amount in Early tests, I found a test slot by looking into DVSA portal. We can't solely believe this will find a test slot.
Very bad customer service experience. As they're not ready to refund the subscription amount even though I didn't change my test slot with them. I spent my time in changing the test slot. No help from early tests.

“Awful scam of a company.
Terrible support services, only replied after two weeks and 3 emails asking for a refund. Then made up a bs excuse as to why I'm not eligible. Clearly no regard for their customers.
Charged way too much when much better free options are available. Went an entire month without offering a single test, despite paying for "VIP" service. I was forced to use a different app, and found a suitable test for free straight away.
I actually passed my test before they responded to my concerns.

“I paid for VIP service to get an early driving test. I was never contacted for cancellation. And worse: I already wrote two e-mails to get my 50% refund (please see terms & conditions on their website) and so far no reply. I sincerely would like to have my money back.
Also, another thing it's really disturbing: they don't provide a customer hotline to be contacted.”

“I would have scored 0 if I have the choice. you can not reach them via phone and they don't reply emails on time. my husband paid them by mistake. I emailed them straightaway when I noticed the mistake. I checked with my bank and it shows that the payment had not gone through yet. Told this company to give me a full refund (while fund has not gone to their account yet) and got told by them that they can not give me a full refund as they need to charge me because it cost them money for replying my emails etc. What !????? a total scam . need to avoid !”

On this basis we entered into an agreement with your company. This now turns out to be a fraudulent misrepresentation, The Misrepresentation Act 1968, and it is now a matter that can be forwarded to the Trading Standards to investigate. Unless of course the information on the website is correct?”
