I paid for VIP service to get an early driving test. I was never contacted for cancellation. And worse: I already wrote two e-mails to get my 50% refund (please see terms & conditions on their website) and so far no reply. I sincerely would like to have my money back.
Also, another thing it's really disturbing: they don't provide a customer hotline to be contacted.
