5 stars for Earthing Oz customer service and replacing my product on such short notice.
3 stars for the product I purchased - the DefenderShield Airtubes - the quality isn't the crispest, and not ideal to exercise with since it picks up a lot of noise rubbing against any fabric and one of the channels stopped picking up any sound only a couple months of using it. An earpiece detached completely from the tube/wire, which also occurred on my replacement set. But again, Earthing Oz were very quick to respond to come up with a solution.
