The pads are good. I’m still on the first one and it’s now pretty much lost it’s stick. I’ve been putting it on a finger with arthritis.
The pillow case I bought is a bit rough for my face after using a silk one for years. I’ve now put it as the bottom pillow so I am at least getting a bit of earthing on some of my neck and my hand when I put it there. I’m hoping it will soften with washing? I have an earthing mattress overlay so I’m still sleeping earthed.
