I WAS very happy with my T1 Ultimate. But, I dropped it and it busted open and now I have to use sticky tape to close it which I am disappointed about. I had a few queries before purchasing and although I never reached anyone when calling, Laura was quick to return my call and answer my queries (I have a broken wrist so I cannot type atm and send an email). Delighted to see such a vast range of products and great company to deal with! 👍🏻
