Excellent service. I had an issue with one of the two Airtube Headsets I ordered and they replaced them immediately after suggesting a few troubleshooting suggestions to get one ear phone working. You can trust this company will do right by you. The headphones are great a little more clunkier than wifi ones but my brain isn't getting fried any longer.
