I use the Elite Sleep Mat down the centre of my King Single bed, with a light weight fitted sheet over it. It is extremely comfortable and I sleep relaxed and so much better than ever before. Thank you Earthing oz. I hope to soon purchase either the auto pad for the car, or maybe the chair pad with auto cord fitting. RA.
