I'm not sure to be honest. When I sit outside with my feet on the grass I can feel a difference. I noticeably feel a little happier. When I wear my thongs or use my mat I can't say that I feel any difference. I need more time. At the moment I have some health issues. If you know that one gets worse with health issues when beginning grounding then I'm on track, but I feel awful with sinusitis and aching neck. Annette
