After quite a few years of use, the cord for my earthing mat began to crack. As always, on phoning the Earthing Oz team, I had an informative and helpful chat, finishing up with my ordering a replacement. Easily done. It was mailed straight away and I received it quick smart... I was actually surprised and happy to see that the new one was black instead of the former cream colour which suited me much better.
All in all, I'm delighted with it. Many thanks...
