I purchased Defendershield Airtube Headsets Christmas time 2021 and just before warranty ran out one ear piece stopped working. Long story short my initial contact was not successful in getting them replaced for free as I was told it was 2 months out of warranty even though I tried calling head office several times but because I did not leave a msg or email them it was rejected. I’m a regular customer and on my last purchase a few weeks ago I put in a review explaining what had happened. I was contacted immediately and had them replaced. I find that overall it depends on who you get to deal with will depend on the outcome but I am pleased that they had been replaced. They are expensive to have last only 11 months so good thing this women was nice enough to replace them!
