I recently purchased two pairs of earth runner sandles and was so impressed with the level of customer service. Karen was amazing to talk with over the phone as I was wanting to get tribal laces on my husbands sandles and they were not available at the time. Karen went out of her way to lace the sandles at her end for us. We had never used this type of shoe previously and are absolutely loving them. They are now our “go to” foot wear.
